Reskiilling is meant to stop people harrasing weakened players that have already been looted, if he happens to wander into your chain lightning that's holding of hordes of n00bs, well...I see that kinda like when a policeman (that'd be you) aims his nighttick for someones shoulder (that'd be the n00b) and accidently hits said n00bs head...It's not the cops fault, he was aiming for the shoulder, someone must've moved instead of taking the hit where they were supposed to...
