On Sunday morning the Evil Lord Bender took and held 2 bankers prisoner deep within his cavern of wo.
The fighting was hard as Bender had at his disposal an army consisting of Chaos Guards, Sprite Elf Rangers and Mages, Barbarians and the Barbarian Chief Conan.
A rabble band of warriors and mages of obsidian heeded the call to arms to save the innocent bankers from certain death.
Fighting persued with casualties and death a plenty on both sides. A locked room - a dragon and drake holding cell - was breached with the aid of a key looted from a guard. Solidarity and cross-healing kept the obsidianites alive and left the dragons slayn.
The final push on Bender was made with he aid of a second key and some canny tactics of pulling small groups at a time. In due course the evil band of men were destroyed and the hostages rescued.
As a sign of their gratitude, the bankers presented us with special black robes as a mark of our bravery.
