The server status page is buggy right now so I changed the bottom window of the patcher to be a vote link window. On a side note for some reason obsidian cannot be port pinged anymore. I don't know what the reason is, but it must be some security change BB made that's preventing my patcher from port pinging properly. Either way people shouldn't be having issues they've been experiencing last couple of days anymore.

I'd also just like to take a moment to say THANK YOU on behalf of all the staff for all the donations from the player base for prizes for events. We've got some amazing stuff to give out including rare old items from vets. I'm talking to BB about scripting something like a prize token system where you get winner, runner up, and participant prize tokens and later claim them for random prizes in our prize vaults. No promises because it might not be doable the way I want it but we'll see.

about that port ping - it might be the reason why i can't connect to the sites or the game using my usual network connection for servers outside my country (the network uses a proxy for that). Although, if the proxy is set not to wait for a response and connect directly it will still not work. The site and game will only work if i'm routed trough a regular external connection (taken off the proxy) - and that is kinda weird. I was talking to some other network admins that run external connections through fast proxies on their networks and the game and sites don't work on those networks either. I'm sure i can get lots of people joining if there were a solution to this, i recommended the game to all of my friends and and more than half of them couldn't acces the site because of that particular problem.
