in BC Canada, before u get a license u get a L for a year, then a N for 2 years, then ur license with a L u cannot drive by urself and there always has to be a "adult" with u with a N u can drive by urself or with one other + as much family as u want sucks ass and why thank u abib for the comment on being a shard whore |
