Hey guys, I finally caved in under some recommendations from some people I trust, so I'm going ahead and testing the free psp offer out right now.

Is my referal ID. If anyone wants to help out, i need 5 people to sign up under me.

The way this thing works, from what I've figured out, is like a legal pyramid scheme.

You sign up, and sign up for 1 offer from one of thier "affiliates". Then have 5 friends do the same, then get your free PSP in the mail.

I did some research and it all looks legit, but just ot be sure I went with AOL as my "afilliate" offer, since I know they are at least trustable for shit like this. I'll cancle it in a couple days once it records that I have the credit anyway.

Anyway yeah, it DOES require a CCard/Dcard/CheckCard, but I just used one from an account i'm closing out this month anyway in case something
goes wrong.

If 5 people can singup under me that'd help me out, and if this is all legit and i get it, i'll post here so you all know it's a green light to get your own free stuff. :)

i dont have one but i played one. theyre so fng cool. i havent talked myself into droppin the dough yet. and my stubborn kid wants a nin ds for his bday. i have one month to convince him that he really wants a psp and wants to trade his and his brothers 2 gba's and all their games they just dont know it yet. im considering hypnotizing his little ass.

the lcd screen is gorgeous.

Actually, one of my main things about it is with the hardware specs, switch out linux onto it and you have essentially a wireless toolbox with you. Add wine and you have ultima online at any Wifi spot. :P

If you can get that to work please tell us how you did it. I'll buy a PSP ASAP if that works.

One thing..isent the OS in those systems embedded? Would you have to switch the chip to an embedded linux kernel somehow?

You can buy a keyboard for the psp, works w/ the USB port. And we all know it's possible to play Uo w/ only the keyboard. If you don't liek taht you can just enable a virtual mouse w/ the Analog

Well the AOL for broadband thing worked, it said I got my credit today, so i'll probably call AOL tommorow or tonight to cancle my "subscription."

So far so good.
