Just lettin ya fellas know that I'll be back on alot more as soon as I get my new computer. That will be my first paycheck in may , so the first thursday of may. I can only go on this one for 5-10 minutes at a time before it over heats and crashes, seeing how i have a processor of 800 mhz, and my fans dont work properly, I can't really do much with this system....soooo, expect me back with no lag, and on alot more after the first of may . I can't wait to see yas all!

If your PC is overheating that bad, try the following :

1) take the side off the case and aim a standard desktop fan in there. This is of course nothing compared to a good airflow system but will be better than dodgy fans and a poorly wired case.

2) Use ties to clip wires/cables away from the hottest components (CPU/RAM/Graphics card/Hard Disk and perhaps motherboard northbridge) and to prevent the obstruction of airflow.

2) try actually underclocking your CPU/RAM/Graphics card by 10%, this will probably only decrease realworld performance by around 5% but will make it cooler.

3) Defrag your hard disk. Sounds mad, but hard disks often get hot, and the harder they have to work the worse this is.

The above three steps wont take long at all, and should help you play better for a few weeks til u get ur new PC...
