maybe it's his isp, or his local area network (if he's in one). I spent a couple of hours with my lan admin to get the game running, it seems that if the lan has a proxy for external connections (that meaning getting to sites outside of your country) obsi doesn't work. plus the patcher needs ports 80 and 8080 free so he can get on the website or whatever. So he rerouted only obsi trough a normal line (and only for me) and that got me back in the game. Other people from my lan can't acces the game, for example. And that happens in many other lan's in Bucharest. Don't know why. I know lots of people that would play the game - but can't because of this.
