Something came up a while ago about vet rewards. Something skill points. Along those lines.
I would really really really really like to know how the whole system works and if its functioning now.
Does anyone notice theyre skills past cap with no drop?

I was told it only worked for some people....actually the only person that have heard it work for is Duo. Maybe it worked on other people, but everyone that I have talked to who tested it said they could not notice a difference. I have not been able to test it myself, because I have never hit the skill cap...I think I'm close though, so I'll keep ya posted if I get more then I expect to.

i think is like 5% every 6 months or something like that but i really dunno if that is true or if work for everyone
