Herding
Skill details:
- Herding is the act of using
a crook to move an animal.
- Can be used on any animal tamed or wild animal.
- Simple skill that underestimated in it's abilites.
- Can be used to move an animal away from a potential foe to an area where it will be safer to tame it.
- Great for making animals go through gates in the rune chamber.
Skill usage:
Use skill by
first double clicking on your crook.
If double clicking on it in your pack, you will equipt it.
Then you will
get a target indicator asking
"What would you like to herd?"
Then after selecting the creature
"Where do you want them to go?"
The just click
anywhere in the visible area to indicate to the animal where you want
it to go.The higher skill you are, the higher probablity they will follow
your directions. Also like taming there is a scale on difficulty to herd
animals. It's easier to herd sheep or cattle than it is a mustang or gizzly.
