I got stones in my bank box i dont know where they came from how do i remove these stones premenantly

What kind of stones are they? Just regular stones, race stones, taming stones? Please specify. If they are race or taming stones you will need to have a staff member most likely a GM to take it out of your bank box. You can contact them by PMing them on the boards. They are Hydro(best bet so try him first), Subcity, CyberVic, Blinkers, and Broadband. Or you can page them in game for help.

You must be talking about the message "You have # stones in your bank
box" which you get when opening Your bank box. Stones in UO represent
weight unit. And Your bank box can hold only 500 stones. Stones are also
split into decimal values which aren't displayed.

For example, a single reagent or a fish steak weight 0.1 stone, metal ingot,
potion, rune - 1, wood log - 2, feast fish - 10 and so on.

Chests however doesn't have a weight limit (only item limit of 255, but You
can put 255 bags in a chest and each bag can hold 255 items respectively).
Although You'd need to have a house to have Secure Chests which only
those that have access to house can access or to place simple chests.
