I have a screen shot taken by 'Quick screen capture' of my vendor at Bunyan Bows, Galeno. I want to post it to the forums but can't seem to 'paste' it into place. Any suggestions? (perhaps I should PM Naturewarrior :D )

Upload the image to some image hosting site, like imageshack.us or
photobucket.com, then post link in tags

Paste it into paint, save as .jpg, upload to site as mentioned above.
