First off, I'm really excited that obsi is back up. I am really wanting to get into my account.
Second, I can't get to my account. I've tried password retrieval and it won't work for me. I don't have a hotmail, yahoo, gmail or anything like that, it's [email protected] which seems to work just fine for everything else.

I've messaged CV and BB both numerous times. I know its not thier priority by far, but I was wondering if anyone could help at all.

I've had a few others approach me with this problem. My only guess is that there's a problem on the server side for account creation. Im sure you're PMs will be read soon enough and it'll be fixed.

Best piece of advice I can give you now: Check the news page for updates on what is happening.

Yeah, if you see any news about a rollback or time warp or something. Try making another account then.

id love to get my old password because the problem with starting a new account is that its hell trying to start with the tutorial if i want to make anything besides a tradesmen.

I just wish i could get me password back.

well now i cannot create a char either. its a wierd problem, because im pretty sure its on the server side. when it gets to creating character it just sticks.

no rollback yet, server still has problems. nobody can create anything.

Yeah, it seems asthough the whole worldfile is just not registering with the world. As we have 0 items, guilds, and players. I don't think it's a matter of BB actually deleting our players, because the accounts are still active and still use the same passwords. It's just simply that there's no data of the char's to be loaded.

and Yeah, it's a server side issue about your account. Don't stress on it too much, if you're still having trouble once BB gets around to fixing the shard, PM me or add my AIM/MSN and I'll help you get an account.
