Hi,
I just applied for an account and my roommate tried as well. He was denied due to the duplicate IP ban. The instructions said that i could request an additional account on the Help/Support board. Can you please help me out.

Try PM'ing BroadBand or CyberVic with your situation, it'll get noticed sooner would be my guess.
