The Mars Volta FTW, they are sweet.
Personally, I can't get enough of Pink Floyd atm, but I'm still an emo kid at heart, don't worry. So other bands would have to be Underoath, Coheed and Cambria, Silverstein, Boys Night Out, Alexisonfire, City and Color, Emery, Blindside and Scary Kids Scaring Kids.
Just to name a few.. I could keep going but.. meh.

Recently I've been listening mostly to William Elliot Whitmore. Tonight, however, I saw Russian Circles and they were amazing (as always). You all need to give them a listen.

Yeah, they used it for "Fructis" shampoo commercial or something, but that was only due to uhh the bigger guy who yells a lot. I can't remember his name.
Travis Barker and Tim Armstrong both didn't want it used in a commercial.

and hes not even in the band anymore! OMG, i didnt really like their second album probably cuz of that
travis barker actually has something good under his belt, "the nervous return" in his label. totally nifferific, unfortunately most of their stuff can only be bought through itunes which is really lame i think.

Travis is working on a lot of things, supposedly he's got another band with co-blink 182'er Mark Hoppus.
