it is disabled and does not work...no xbow that has charges works....I bid late last night and was tired stupid :S

aleksander - I tried it to see and can't figure out how to make it work. I have to assume that it doesn't.
Consider your bid cancelled.
This auction is over, at least until I figure out what I'm going to do with a +5 crossbow.

Considering it is the Gate Travel that makes these weapon's valuable i would say do the same thing you do with any other +5 X-bow, throw it on the ground at the bank in case some noob wants it.

charges on bow weapons won't work of ANY sort that requires a targetting cursor.
They aren't 'disabled' on bow weapons, it's just the targetting cursor that doesn't come up when you equip a bow weapon (unlike other sorts of weapons you can't use them to cut or smith!)
