I have an idea that may work to bring players to obsidian...Prob is it might not work but i can have ago. I duno if people have heard about banner exchange? or an advertising site where you upload banners to exchange with sumone who has the same interest in uo or sumit like that.

I dont know if some of you know i created the lov site which i aint edited in a while but i tried to exchange banners with people n stuff but i couldnt make a decent one cause i aint got photoshop lawl. So what im thinking of doing is sendin off obsidian banners to dif sites, other ultima online shard guildsites and random sites. But what will happen is the lov site will have about 50 banners lol, id rather have it on their then obsidian. When people click on the banners theyll end up either obsidian main site or my guild site. then check obsidan out via my site.

Ill also stick some banners on some of my freinds sites etc. This maybe a silly idea but its better then nothing, may work or it might not but atleast ill be happy doing my part to get players.

So i need someone to make me banners n stuff

also if anyone has any sites , freinds sites etc do the same advertising is a big big way to draw players. Theirs billions of sites out their, im so sure we will get a few players

We all dont know when BB will fix things but if we get people to look at obsidian or even check it out for a few weeks, and when BB comes back to fix stuff well hopefully have a decent playerbase.


P.S if anyone wants to flame go ahead (theirs always some prat who does) but now is not the time to do it, i want what you want , more players (a decent playerbase) we are all in the same boat and i wana give my idea ago

Although I agree with most of your points, I don't think that crying about it in every thread and ingame help the player base either. If you started a new game and first found out it took a long time to build chars then heard ppl whining how bad this and that are, would you stick around? We all know we need an active admin that can fix things, we all know everything that is wrong with Obs and those who didn't now know because it is in every thread there is. I could make a post about toast or some shit and it would still turn into this kind of thing. Everyone knows crying about it isn't going to help, if nothing else it is only going to destroy the minut chance that the shard will make a comeback again.

I think wat will help will be a BIG old Guild war with two Guilds.

O can someone tell me y i was banned for, cuz i forget i think it was cuz of Henn.

That won't happen - they banned or pissed off most of the PvP'ers, now all ya got left is the people who learned how to cheat AFTER the staff did their "clean-up"

There was a f****** load of PvP going on about 4-6 months ago .. hmm wonder what stopped it ...
