I dont understand.. i was reading the froems and almost everyone someone has to blame something on the staff. like the staff is out to get them. from waht is ee there is nothing wrong. there volinteers and tehre doing tehre best but y is everyone bitching at the staff?

staff are chosen, and when they become staff they promise to do w/e they can and there best or w/e, also they promise to do a minmum service atleast which is like 2 hours a day or something like that,
alot of people say ''ohh if i was staff blah blah blah, I would do this i would do that'' but to be honest most people won't and don't take it serious.
or go there and end up saying ''oh this is boring'' and stop logging on.
And you wouldn't imagine how f***** boring it is being a counsler, it is hard staying because you can't do anything without going threw like 9 other members.

now to answer you question, people get mad at staff because they wanted to do it, take a commitment and don't commit and quit like first week or never take anything serious

umm wow chips.. I just want to say if i where staff i would be on every day for like 5 hours i wanted to be a staff 6 years ago iw ant to be one now.. i dont care abot being lowerd command.. I always am. and there are staff taht is still comitted like echo and koldoon so be gratfull some are on

Besides i really think you misunderstod it all cause none blaims Echo or someone else that the shard sucks. Its BB and him only that everyone blaims because he is the only one that actually can do something or at least stop doing it for real instead of this shit. Echo and the other staff members have a really unappreciative job and i dont even know why theyre doing it.

Things just aint as they were 7 years ago.
