Yeh, I ran 303.exe restarted my comp opened obs and it gave me the same error.

ok, here's what you're going to do.
Completely uninstall obsi, then reinstall it.
Extract the patches back into the folder they downloaded into, then 1 by 1 drag and drop the patches INTO your obsi folder. once you've dropped them IN there, double click them to make them run.
The error you are getting IS fixed by doing this.
Regiss has (in several places) outlined this solution, many thanks to him for doing so! [and regiss, just fyi, it doesn't automatically execute when you just extract the patches to the obsi folder - i tried it and it just keeps giving the error - like you say, you gotta run 'em!)
