Does it really suck as a weapon?

I don't know anything about it. It might be handy against pvpers....but I don't know if it cures the user or the victim. It would be cool if someone that knows would post some info for us noobs before it's resmelted. if anything just for curiosity sake.

Nah, I won't try to resmelt it.

I might just put it on my vendor this weekend and see what happens. Somebody might want it.

Either that or I may try to figure out how it works.

You can't resmelt it, and its partially disabled. It only works when you auto un-equip -"you are not in battle so you decide to unequip"- otherwise its useless
