Nightwish, Lacuna Coil & Epica are all far superior to that Evanescence headache causing drivvel imo although i dont like the new nightwish line-up as much as the old but they still sound good - the track "amaranth" sounds reasonably good too (did i spell that right?? ). And Epica's Simone Simons is probably the best looking out of all those female vocalists

Yeah, Amaranth is nice. I quite enjoy Sahara too : http://fr.youtube.com/watch?v=IvDBD_kNs6c (no video yet for that one though). But I agree that I miss Tarja's charming voice. However, the musical is still very nice.

I didn't know about Lacuna Coil. It's very nice. I quite enjoy it. Thanks for letting me discover that band.

BTW, did we mention Within Temptation already ? Well, one of most famous of the kind, but I really like Sharon's voice.
My favourite album is still Mother Earth, but the last one isn't bad either.

yea Within Temptation have been with me in the past. I like em alot but, once i went to a Metal Festival in Slovenia. Travelling on a "party bus" going to it from sweden and listening to Mother Earth (or what its called) with Within temptation almost non stop for 24 hours straight there got me kinda off with em hehe.
