As you are already instantly aware, our website has had a considerable face lift. If you're keeping count, this is the 5th look for the site over the past 8 years. I have spent a considerable amount of time and effort making it look nice and adding new functionality and hope everyone appreciates it.

Here are some of the hightlights:

• <b>Screenshots</b> - The screenshots page has been updated to directly pull images from Flickr. Any player can contribute, all you need to do is upload your screenshots to Flickr and tag them with the keyword "obsidianshard"

• <b>Account Creation</b> - Creating new accounts will now display the randomly generated password instantly. This should help with issues we've run into with being labeled as spam and help improve player numbers.

• <b>Guides</b> - Multiple new guides have been added to the site to help new players with everything from guilds, to houses, to the runestone chamber. Make sure to check it out!

• <b>Player Websites</b> - A tab has been added to link to any and all player websites relating to Obsidian. Don't see you're up there? PM me!

• <b>Server Status</b> - Tweaked the fonts for a more crisp and streamlined look. Also the top players board somehow managed to sneak in there.

There have also been a few additional changes I have managed to complete over the past few weeks. The patcher should once again be functioning flawlessly and no longer crashing for people with fresh installs. The rest of list will remain hush hush until the official 8th anniversary next month.

If you have friends that have left or any who might like to try Obsidian, please start recruiting hard. I would love to see a healthy player population for our 8th Anniversary in-game event.
