It seems like whenever you try to trade ownership of a house to another person, when the trade box for the deed comes up, the other player automatically crashes. This has happened each time I've tried and with two other players. Just a heads up.

Yeah, thank you for posting. I've known about it but it's been kinda low on the list. Page and have a gm help with the trade if you are patient enough. I'll try to get with it when i can, but no promises since it's not that important and the new housing system in general stlil has some bugs with obsidian. (not my fault, bb wanted this specific system, i'm just the guy who makes it work)
