its a 2 handed weapon.... meaning 2 hands are filled ;)
thus making it the same as shield and sword.....
i mean they call it a 2 handed weapon because it uses 2 hands apparently
unless any one of you can swing a halberd with one hand... ?
but shields actually give more hand freedom realistically, and they should have the heal advantage.. but thats not balance wise, just looking at things as realistically as instant bandie healing with weapons on ur hands allows....

I just currently raised my dex from 120 to 145, and even with a greater agility pot the timer is only decreased by 0.5 seconds? I'm using an axe but my char uses one hand to hold, and attack with (mounted). Can we please have this fixed...I dropped my str -25 points to get a better healing delay but it barely did anything...

1- dude i said i was wrong on the bias thing...soo no need to flip out...like i said...eeeeeeeaaaasy.

2- These are my final thoughts:
a- one sec delay= one handed wep in one hand, free hand to do what ever, and low protection value w/no sheild, faster swings ,lower damage.

b- three sec delay= one hand wep+ sheild, no hands left...need to set one down to heal, high protection value w/sheild, faster swings, lower damage.

c- now- three sec delay= two handed wep, which can be held in on hand to heal, or at least balanced on ground with one hand, lower protection value, slower swings, higher damage.

it seems to me that the BALANCE makes sense that it is kinda in the middle. at least for delay time. if there are other things that need to be balanced to get mages and warriors...but this is a healing delay issue..if we add in the 50 other things that go toward balance then add that to the other thread. but if you only look at healing delay this is what I see.

so i think that is the best way i can put my thoughts out there..AND apperently i was told to stfu...soo i better listen. i was going to put in a joke, but i was told that humor isnt allowed either(i would write lol here, but im not allowed). so goodbye and thank you for listening.

Delay for two handed weapons lowered to 2 seconds, and i'll be monitoring in-game how this works out for balance to see if it's better than the full 3 seconds.

We do go for realistic physics on this shard, however we do also do balance, and balance usually trumps the two.
So ignoring the logical reasons for two-handed weapons being 3 second delay, the balance reason that we're going to TRY 2 seconds and see how it works out.

And stop bringing dex or no dex into this conversation. it's irrelevant.
