true thats what it should be, skill doesnt do jack right now, some idea along those lines that i was thinking would be good i guess. idk

I always thought arms lore should reduce your chance of failing to GM whatever you make. Like GM arms lore should never fail.

not reading alll... just telling opinion it should be as it was before...lil more dmg on poison and delay Mage must use 1 ns but do less dmg not much less...
