back in 2001 my brother ice made a warrior called icesmasher, as he was smashing around and i was a hella youngster, 9 years old i hella admired him, i would sit in his room while he would play obs and ask him qwestions every 5 min what he was doing in the game, he tought me to press his macro keys while he was pvping so he can foucus on fighting and not his health or mana in some cases, i grew addicted to watching him play the game and pvp like a hero as i saw him win ffa's left and right i felt like playing an online video where i can punk other people instead of super marrio and teken 2 where i can only hurt the computers emotions.... Thus the legacy named Flame was Born, origianly SWAT and then FlameMage and then HydroPheonix and now fianly Flame

I was out of work with an injury back in 06 and really bored. I had played uo back in 01, but was too cheap to dish out cash to EA to play, so I decided to look for a free version...which led me here. Started with Rob, found out you can't gm all skills on one char...so Ichigo came along. I've created and deleted many a character on my way to greatness. I've quit a couple times due to personal issues irl, but I always seem to come back (mostly due to friends like Whisper when she was still on, Zott, Tax...list goes on and on ).

So basically what you are saying was icesmasher was "owning" because you were macroing his heals etc. for him and therefore he was never really that good?

thats what i was thinking belg... but spamming heals wouldnt make u that good anyway, i would say its your use/ timing of poison and heal pots

true but not having to watch your hp is sort of an advantage and i would still consider it technically cheating.

Whisper betrayed us and went to WoW. Kind of a step down if you ask me...but I figure she will be back someday.

this is how i started,
Hemo and his brother (Naba in-game) invited me and gaffer to join obsidian,
at first, i didnt like joining obsidian or just creating an account.. but gaffer created an account and started his first char (Lplkassm), then he got addicted.. but i was getting pissed everytime i see him playing the game.
and once i sat next to him watching him playing.
i used to see gaffer getting pissed when he die and he always get angry when some1 kill him.. (he once tried to break the laptop when he got crashed while fighting, so my dad prevented him of using it for a couple of days).
me and him always get a good laugh irl when we just remember that situation

Then gaffer gave me his account to just get a try in obsidian and i got addicted to play by his account.. so he created a new account.

i have played since 2006-2007.

my friends who played obsi irl are (Hemo, Naba, Esam, Halamboha and KingOfDarkness)
