Best way to get around a boss bitching at you for bitching at other people is to calmly explain that if other people did their job, you wouldn't have to bitch at them, and if they worked as hard as you, you wouldn't get upset.

Well, turned out my boss is the type that has somethin to say when I'm not around, but when I'm there she never has anything to talk about it. Same with the other f****** that work there that dislike me (around 1-2). Friend told me they talked some shit about me, saying I suck at my job, and when I got there I asked them what's up and they acted like they didn't say anything.

I would find another job if I were you...working with people who slander you behind your back is b/s and shouldn't be tolerated. I would tell her to go f*** herself and beat down the other two bitches in the parking lot.

Ya, nothing is worst than having people in your work that act one way around you when you are
actually present, and smack talk you behind your back.

Trust me, that has happened to me countless times. I usually find out who the back talkers are
because they always seem to never tell me anything when I'm around...then I usually put two and
two together

I wouldn't be so drastic as what Rob is suggesting you try though

Well my mom got me this job, since she works here aswell. So I don't wanna do anything stupid that might get her in trouble just becuz the manager is mad at me. Its like 2 people that no one likes that shit talks when no one is around them, then when they get confronted they act like they didn't say anything. It's all good though, there both bussers and I leave there tables as shitty as I can.

Where do you work? I just got a new job working for a rival company =] Start next week! My old job I got alot of BS too! x
