I do hunt, and I have enough for a small house right now, but I'm also training my mage, so I'd rather not blow 100% of what I have on a house right now. In the next few days (or whenever I have time) I'll hunt some more, and buying a house from a vendor will not be a problem.

In the meantime, I'm looking to find a deal.
