You now have your very own private runestone chamber to use, so you aren't unduely punished as warriors for killing needelessly.
Keep in mind the normal runestone rules (no following/being evil) don't apply in the PK runestone chamber.
so expect people to come after you.

Also taming got an overhaul to gaining, hopefully should fix the macroing problem that became prevalent with it recently as well as make gains livable again.

Is there a different command for this? Or does it just auto do it if your red?

sick i tried to do it other day and when you are over 10 kills you cant use the runestone chamber

Go to the regular runestone chamber and go to the south wall. You can get a glimpse of it there.

can we have like portal to wind as its our bank and places like destard,shame, hythlop etc for Red warriors that want to go pking

The important thing to remember is that this red runestone chamber is there to alleviate a current disadvantage, not to give an advantage to PKers.

For this reason we would never put portals in to help you PK in various dungeon locations.

However, I wouldn't personally have a problem with a portal to wind being there... for the reasons that you've mentioned namely bank access.

I won't make the change myself though; this is Bob's baby, so you'd best ask him directly if you have specific requests.

PS. Nice one on the red runestone chamber Bob; it's been an idea which has been mentioned on and off for years.
