I would like to see all these new dungeons and towns implemented ...along with the creatures.

i dont think such land really needs to be introduced just yet.. the player base is to low atm, to much land for the amount..

I want to see some new lands opened up, but it will not happen. The best we can hope for is that some of the new areas are available during future quests.

It depends; if I get some free time I may look to redesign / respawn some areas. I actually started work on some a few years ago and never finished...

It would be cool-as time goes by and numbers of players increase-to see different areas opened. However, new does not mean good. Some places such as Delucia are just plain annoying. They are poorly mapped out and not very fun. Maybe a new map or two once player base online increases past 50-60 at once. There are some neat Japanese items etc that would be fun to use...introduce an oriental style of map/skills/weapons/items/clothing.
So my answer is yes but not now.
