Ok, i've finally heard a suggestion that seems relatively balanced to me.

Warriors: Gain archery, but deal 50% damage with any archery weapon.
Rangers: Gain all weapons, but deal 75% damage with any melee weapon.

From basic hearing people, it seems like some peopel will go ranger/warrior with these, but most will stay human.

I wanna hear your all inputs on this.

I think it could work well. Ranger class is the scariest class to choose for pvp. This could help people make the decision to at least give it a try.
For warrior with bow...that is a good compromise. I know some tweaking is going to be done to help improve archery...or at least I hope it improves it haha.
50% damage is better than being allowed 50% skill. Means you can hit the same amount of times as you should being GM....just the damage is less. It just adds a bit of versatility to the warrior and ranger classes.

to sum up....seems good to me, without going overboard.

Agreed. Cant think of anything causing much of an imbalance here.
Maybe a tad for mages, but they have to be looked at anyway
