This function does not work for me. My character Tax Invalesco is in Jizaboz's guild GWAR.

I hit \ to speak and it shows...

Guild:...xxxxxx....

...With the "xxxxxx" not showing of course. I can see other guild members talking but they cannot see my text.

Would much appreciate it if someone could take a look at this for me please.

I've logged my character out in the Minoc Blacksmith shop [2474.563.5] in case someone needs to take a look at the char itself. Will page also.

Check your journal. It may be in a text you cant see in game.
Happened with my party chat earlier.

That won't be it. It would at least appear on my screen, but just be difficult to read.

Other people are not able to view what I'm typing also. That would suggest problems with their settings also, but I can see people talking to each other - so again that doesn't quite fit

Well i suggest double checking at least, really same thing happened with party chat, i typed it in and saw NOTHING. Not even <Name> "xxxxxx"
It was a really dark color font could see easily in journal but not at all out of it.

Char fixed by Sparger.

Old characters sometimes have their guild not properly set from the changeover, at that point just leave/rejoin if you can.
