Why not?...granted we have limited landmass.. It is better than carrying the wrong runes and much easier to organize them. What do you guys think?

no rune books unless there fully lootable and have to be recharged quite often

thats how they are on UO..

I dont remember but I think you have to recharge them after 50 recalls....and ofcourse lootable.
