you shouldn't wait so long to refresh and it would not decay.I've had a house here for 11 yrs and have never had to have an admin refresh it.Don't be so lazy about it.

I sure hope there is a mass refresh. I was gone for 3 months with no computer access. I always keep my things refreshed but wasn't so lucky this time.
