I was crafting and those slimes keep spawning all of the time..

I'm having troubles with that because the skills wresling, tactics are increasing on my crafter (really doesn't make any sense to have to kill monsters with my crafter char)

It's a strong quest NPC. I've never seen him though, much less kill him.

You can lock your skills now. Lock wrestling and tactics.

well, ppl say the monster which spawns those slimes is the "Goo King" or something like that...

there are 3 of them in deceit lvl2 and lvl3 if I remember, I'm trying to figure out how to kill them (they're pretty strong and hit hard)
