The fact is that ppl who hang around staff and are always licking their feet are the ones that get chosen for staff membership. Thats common sense since there is not way for a gm to know how a character behaves unless he is being helped by that character all the time. Thats life ppl.. gotta lick feet.. bang the ugly girls.. and according to valor.. bending over is helpful when you want something very badly. gotta take it like a man. lol
