Lock picking does anyone get anything out of this skill?
Is it possible to get good loot with it magic weps/big cash that kinda thing?

not really.
Oldest GM lockpick ont he shard, I keep it because I like it, highest you can get is a might weapon,since they were reduced, and that's rare. i've heard someone pulled a force once but i havent' confirmed it

No one has pulled an invlun since they redid chests ages ago

yeah power weapons have been found recently, i think a vanq was also found cant remember tho, defo power and invuln stuff.

I have personally pulled:

1 Vanq
0 Power
2 Force
3 Mights
12 Ruins

As far as armor, I've pulled a ton, most not worth mentioning.

Keep in mind: This is all from about 12,000 chests. Really useless in the long run.

yeah i opened about 100,000 chests give or take a 1,000 and only got plate invul legs buckler of fort and prolly about 2-3 magic weapons highest was prolly might

Yes it's possible to pull the vanquishing weapon from a chest orinvuln armor, just like it's possible to get 2-3 magic items in the same chest, but ever since the chests were redone it's near nothing what it used to be.
Used to be 1 in 10, now it's closer to 1 in 1000.

And blob, what invuln did you pull/when? Cause unless it was recently it was probly before they were redone

I have picked locks on this shard for 5+ years with a two year break in the middle and it does pay off. You are in the dungeon anyway and even if it is only 1 in 1000 it pays off. I haven't re-GMed lockpicking again but when I left there were lots of Vanqs and Invul found in the black chest seven if they reworked the chests the extra stuff you find in the chests on a dungeon run is as good as an extra large monster kill it is worth it and really, really helps young characters to have a steady flow of cash.

Ya endless, they did rework it, nerfed it quite a bit, but it's still a nice addition if you like collecting things. Or if youa re really strong it's a tad mroe loot to sell later

it was about 2 months ago i pulled those out and i said what they were....... plate legs of invul and a buckler of fort......... ive gotten countless shitty ass ruin weapons tho.....
