Mind would have to be Air Elementals. They drop about 300-500 gold and have about four or five of five types of regs. Good loot.

btw mine is skele archer for now since i can sit in a crowd of em training archery and collecting 1000s of arrows

You can find them at the Fire puzzle out at Avatar and Wind Puzzle close to Yew and Trinsic
