Well then its their own damn fault for incriminating themselves. Besides, they would probably have been at the scene of the crime, and if they value their own ass, they'll tell you who the real person was

I created a new char purely to do the forensics... yet even after a good 20 minutes sitting trying to ID my body

The only time I died while pking was when I crashed, its gay. Sometimes if you're lucky u can log on in time to save yourself or use a different character to get revenge while they're looting.
