Which of these have been fixed?

-Necromancy bug: Can Guards be called on attacking necros in-town?
-Vendor System: Can they no longer be hired by other people?
-Chaos/Order Wars: Still gain kills or not?
-Reagent Farms: Have they been extended?

-This isnt a bug but i was also wondering...if you are in war with a specific guild...are u supposed to gain kills for killing someone from that guild?

necros: nope still see them df and getting off scot free.
vendors: nope, still bugged
chaos/order: i still get kills killing my own guild and order
reagenst farms: unusable
