does anyone know what the montly land tax is for a two story building and how often in real time u have to pay so it wont decay
|

uhm...
when u first place a house, it will decay in 30 days.. after it's first refresh, this gets changed to 60 days.. and these are REAL days
and as far as your two story building, you gotta be specific.. best thing is to wander around and find the house you are looking for and check on their sign.
I know my lil brick house costs 5k to refresh and another 5k in taxes after 60 odd days (from what i can remember), and my wizards tower costs either 9 or 10k to refresh and the same again in taxes.. If my thinking is correct, refresh value and tax value is 10% of the property (i.e. 20% in total). So if you're like me and have a wizards tower that costs 90k... it will cost u 18k to refresh (and pay taxes at the same time) if you refresh it on the last day before it expires. 9k refresh, 9k taxes.
please feel free to correct this if i'm wrong.

I belive taxes are also linked to the location of the house.The closer you are to a town the higher the taxes,correct me if I'm wrong.

a 2 story villa is about 15k, i think bruhahha, is getting confused with a 2 story wood/stone and platser house which is 24k.
i ahve a tower which is about 700k, and tax is 30k, so i guess the higher u go, the 10% rule dont apply no more.
