I found a teleporter to the Mayor's house in Vesper. When ever I go to it I always get stuck in the floor. Why is this?

It was supposed to be quest related but I left before I could complete the thing...

Chill Keld, he had no way of knowing...The fault lies with Euda, but there's no way she's gonna get any blame on my part...She was well excused from finishing her work as far as I understood one of her other posts...
