I'm just curious why only elves have access to the craftsman guild houses on Ice Isle and Cove?
and that only Ice-Elf Fisherman can get to Frostfell harbour?
Is this from some sort of quest/event thingy or is it just because elves need more benefits other then their racial stone?

Mining houses are for Craftsman Class
Harbor is for Fisher Class
It has nothing to do with race but to give the classes an added bonus.

I had a Frost Elf Fisherman and I still couldn't get into the docks.
