If u can't find a mark scroll at the mage shop then ask in the "buying and selling" section on this forum for a scribe to make u a mark scroll for ur spellbook.

I havn't got a tamer so the only place for sure is outside Serpents Hold but that can only be reached if u donate since the entier Isle is for Donaters only. But I've heard that they can be found in the Hind Medows and I've seen horses in all kinds of places

I think u can use tracking and just rome the forrest and u'll eventually find a horse

Horses are evrywhere just look around. Theres usually a horse/llama/mustang chilling outside cove gy which should be nice and handy for you. Yew is also a great area for rides.

The mark spell you can buy from a player scribe, and theres not too many of them around unfortuneatly.

kinda hard to find scribes nowa days only ones i knew was Slug and ransoms alchimist other than that i dont know others.. kinda weird that there are none . ..been playing for more than 2 years.. or so years and dont see many or none at all.

Well then maybe its a good idea to start one. I dont feel very useful with my cartograph, maybe i could change it for a scribe

that prolly wouldnt be a bad idea then i bet you could be the only scribe on..

But then, i would still need to gete the mark spell, right?
But it sounds cool to be the only scribe online.. I might try.

Cartography will proabaly be useful soon when people start pumping out those maps found on shadow monsters.

bruiser also had a high skilled scribe I think, he used to sell books with all scribebale spells I recall.
A tip on scibing Mark scrolls. Dont do it in anti-magic zones, ie houses, rsc, etc, as it wont be available on your menu.
And yes you do need to acquire the spell first before you can scribe it.

For a new player I wouldn't recommend making a scribe, it will use regs that could be better spent making a mage not to mention scribes don't make that much money. I'm sure someone in lov still has access to a scribe and can help you out.
