I would say follow ur heart, as long as u're sure u don't get into trouble with the law, and since u told us that seeing her wouldn't be illegal then I can't see a reason why u two couldn't be together.

But from personal experience the younger two couple are, the more problems arise from the age difference. Both from other people and the fact that u useally change alot during ur teens so the age might become an issue and cause problems or it might not it, it comes down to how how mature the younger part it compared to the older one.
