AIM me and tell me where she is when you try and log her in.
It may be that if I move her you will be able to log in. This rectifies 90% of these cases.
Even when you crash on log-in, the character would normally appear for me in-game. However, if you need to be moved whilst offline, then only admin can do that as far as I am aware.
EDIT: Or do you mean (by the wording) THAT SHE CRASHES THE WHOLE SHARD!?
