i was wordering how people think about this, at the poin that people on the shard could make betters guild.( for those that would like to have a guild but dont have experience on it this will be good stuff and tips).

friendship, trust, and honesty, sometimes you get pple in guild that its hard to be honest with, if they have good character though, they can accept honesty from friends.

skills and stats, well they dont matter at all imo, if the guild is any good they are capable of training their new members themselves. in fact new guildmembers usually end up the best ones, since their loyalty usually runs deeper within the guild, and you can train them in the ways of the guild from scratch,whereas recruiting older players only works if they are similiarly aligned with your guilds style already.

An active guild that all works together to achieve an aim. Without an aim of some kind people get bored and slack off. An Aim keeps everyone focused and you have the most fun.
