yes, i was there. yes i saw him. no, i didn't see him talk to a staff member, i just heard a staff member say that he tried to talk his way out of it by saying that "the staff didn't say it was illegal at the beggining of the event".

i did not flame him. i have no personal issues with him.


of course that banning someone for killing horses during an event is not a resonable punishment. but kilo was on a second chance given. staff was watching him and his attitude. probably stuff decided that he would have continued with this once he returned. that i do not now.

what i do know is that he knew it was illegal and that he purposely do it. and i am certain of another thing. if he would have admitted his mistake afterwards and if he would have appologised he wouldn't have gotten banned. jail and warning - most probably, but not a ban. unfortunately he decided otherwise.
