some times i log out and it wont let me log in that character after when i try to come bak but i have to keep reinstalling obsid and its really annoying same thing happened to bez once

Try deleting the folders of your different characters in the desktop section found in your obsidian folder.
If you are getting a hang up on the message 'connecting' I've found that if you wait a few moments after the patcher has loaded and then click patch, and then when asked for your password - give it about 5 seconds before you type it in and continue. It seems to stop me freezing while trying to log in.

i find, that if u freeze when u click "obsidian shard" in the shard selection screen, that u won't freeze if u click, check connections first

although it'll seem like it does for like 5 seconds, it then lets u straight into obs if u click, like establishing a connection prior to logging

also never logout in the runestone chamber.

if your really stuck logon with a different charachter and page staff, they can move your stuck charachter which should solve your problem.

kk ill do watcha say i hope it works... and echo i delete everything when i reinstal next time if that happens ill just del. the folder and see wut happens. if not all page staff thanks for all yall help

If what you mean is the window that says connecting just before where you would pick your characater just restart the computer. Whenever this happens to me I restart my computer. One tip is to not close Obsidian after you log out, just minimize it, and that usually keeps the problem from happening. Be sure to LOG OUT of Obsidian, not press the X at the top right corner of the window. I hope this helps.

Yea the same thing happened to me just go into ur obsidian file they thingy with all the obsiidian shhit find desktop and delte that folder ONLY! then u should be set
