I applyed for a account like 2 weeks ago and still did not get the conformation for it and e-mail adress was well typed. And I tryed the lost password and says user not found(can some1 tell me if its just a bug or its only the delay of time before I get my acc conformation and pass).

There were problems with account creation few weeks ago. Try again and
don't use hotmail account for e-mail, as for some reason it doesn't send it
to hotmail.
If Your IP was loged use a friends/library/smth computer or send a PM to
Broadband with Your info for him to create it manually.
