Try your Junk folder in your email.
If that doesn't work, go to the main page, click on "Account Center" and click "retrieve lost password"

The automated e-mail sending system doesn't like e-mail addresses with _ in them.

Try registering for a new account using a "main" e-mail service, like Yahoo!, AIM, or MSN. Be sure to have a different IP.
Another option is to PM Hydro. Tell him the account name and password you wish to have.

when do the admins usually answer your pms? Its been about 2 days now. I pmed both hydro and broadband. Is there anyone else on this message board who is an official thats online on a more frequent basis?Lol sorry for being such an impatient geek, its just been soo long since i played uo.

I know alot of ppl use hotmail but it seems to be brutal for filtering unrecognized sites. Alot of stuff is auto deleted and doesn't even make it to you're junk folder.

Hydro is your best bet. I'd also second the suggestion of checking your 'Junk' inbox, if you haven't already!
Hydro has a busy life away from UO though, as do most of us higher staff, so please be patient. I am sure that Hydro *will* answer and action your PM soon, when he has the time available.
Unfortunately, while I am a GM, I do not have the administrator access required for this so I cannot help you. BB is busy away from Obsidian right now so Hydro is really the only available admin that can help you.
He's a great staffmember so I am sure that he will help you out as soon as he is able to check his Private Messages, and log into the game to sort out your account.
I look forward to seeing you ingame.
